e’eleanor Leads International Yoga Day Celebration

Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. The word ‘yoga’ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness.

E’eleanor aims to improve women health by practicing yoga. Therefore we have organized a Yoga camp for the ladies to tell them the importance of Yoga.

International Yoga Day is celebrated on the 21st of June each year. It was our Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi who gave the proposal to observe this day as International Yoga Day.

Practicing yoga is one of the ways to grow into a better human. Practicing yoga out life to your soul. The ancient practice of yoga asanas provides mind and body benefits, giving strength and flexibility, stress relief and even cure many diseases.

On this 21st June 2019, E’eleanor dedicates a day to our female society by teaching them various asanas and pranayama for the betterment of their health.

The initiative is taken by the team of e’eleanor followed by Patanjali’s instructor Mrs. Premlata to teach women of the following Asanas and Pranayam that one can easily follow at home and keep their mind, body and spirit relaxed.

Some of the Asanas that one can do at home:-

1. Surya Namaskar

2. Tadasana

3. Uttanasana

4. Trikonasana

5. Baddha Konasana

6. Bhujanasana

7. Pavanmuktasana

8. Setu Bandhasana

9. Vajrasana

10. Shavasana


Points to be noted:-

• Practice Yoga in complete serenity.
• Wear comfortable clothes
• Always use Yoga mats.
• Avoid meals before Yoga.
• Always wear comfortable clothes.
• In case of abdominal issues and back pain, avoid so much stretch.
• Learn before you start in isolation.

Yoga is an admirable thing and it must be a part of your daily routine to maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle. However, it is mandatory to learn yoga under proper guidance because Yoga is all about postures and perfect posture is must perform Asanas.
Practice Yoga daily for one hour early morning followed by ten minutes of meditation to boost up your day.
